A learning portal is also provided where you will watch a series of videos prior to completing a quiz (practice exam) and then progressing to take the end of day exam.  All exams are multiple choice, and you are able to resit them a second time if required.

In addition, there will be a series of daily tasks set where you will be required to use your new skills to produce documents such as budget spreadsheets, formal letters and an interview presentation.
